By law, the only possible cost our customer might incur in is for returning goods.

We are committed to give you excellence in your purchase experience and we hope you are happy with what you receive.

However, should you be unsatisfied with the product/s you received, you can return your item/s within 7 working days from goods receipt. Item/s must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which it/they was/were received and in its/their original packaging. Damaged, worn, soiled or altered items will not be accepted and therefore not be refunded.

Please note that Cibio Srl will not be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods returned with shipments without insurance.

Once goods reach our warehouse, provided they are unused and in their original conditions, we will quality-check them and process a refund for the associated amount.

Depending on the chosen original payment procedure, it might take up to 2 (two) weeks to see refund on your account.

RESPONSIBILITY

Under no circumstances shall Cibio Srl be liable for any damage and/or loss and/or claim, whether direct, indirect or consequential, originating from the goods proposed for sale on www.esclusivoitaliano.com website, nor for a delayed and/or missed delivery, nor for the correspondence with the characteristics detailed on the website, nor for any other fact not directly depending on Cibio Srl.

Upon goods receipt, Customer shall check integrity of the boxes and the correspondence of the ordered material with what is reported on the accompanying packing list. Should any damage or discrepancy be ascertained, that must be declared on the shipping document itself.

The Customer is responsible for any and every declaration made.
