Shipments And Deliveries

Esclusivo Italiano ships every order using DHL GO GREEN* service. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM to the shipping address provided at the checkout. Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
*DHL Go Green Service allows to compensate carbon dioxide emissions generated by the shipment and to minimize environmental effects.

Costs, taxes and custom duty
Our delivery costs may vary as listed below:

  • Italy and EU: free shipping
  • Extra EU (Rest of the world): 30,00 €

Taxes and duties for Extra EU shipments are included in the delivery cost.
Esclusivo italiano ships to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all the main import taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Shipment and delivery time
Orders are normally shipped on 5 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the order. Once the order is dispatched, delivery takes time as follow:

  • Italy, 1-3 business days
  • Europe, 2-3 business days
  • Rest of the world, 4-5 business days

ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM is not responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM.

Shipment tracking
When the courier has picked up the parcel, any Clients receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the order online.

Delivery
Upon parcel delivery by the courier, the Customer is required to carefully check the condition of the box.

The number of boxes delivered has to correspond to the one indicated on the delivery note (DDT or Invoice). The packaging has to be perfectly intact, not damaged or modified, including the sealing materials. If, for any reason, the box looks damaged or a parcel is missing, the Customer has to inform the driver. The Client can either sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse the package. Once the delivery document is signed, the Customer can’t open any claim.

All the Customers that place an order on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM are committed to accept the delivery of ordered items. If the package is not successfully delivered due to a lack of cooperation with the Client (wrong phone number, wrong address, absent at address, exc.), it may be sent back to Italy. The import fees and shipping cost to Italy will be deducted from any eventual refund to the Client.
