If the Client is not perfectly satisfied with the order, items can be returned within 14 days (weekend included) from the delivery date. The Customer can ask for a refund or color exchange.
Returned items must be in perfect conditions:
- unworn, used or washed;
- brand new and without wear signs;
- must have all the tags, accessories and original packaging, security tag included.
In case of faulty items or not as ordered, Clients are invited to contact immediately the ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) giving indication of the spotted problem.
Any item that isn’t in condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to the client at the delivery address provided to the original order confirmation.
ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM accepts only authorised return, shipped back by DHL.
How to return
Please follow the instruction below:
- Please, write an email at email@example.com asking for return and/or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email with a RAN (Return Authorization Number), a Proforma Invoice if necessary, and a return label.
- Place the item/s in a suitable box (i.e. the one you got from ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM), pack them safely and put the original invoice inside.
- Print and fill out the Proforma Invoice that came with the return confirmation email.
- Print and stick the return label outside the parcel. Contact your local DHL to arrange the pick-up.
ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM processes every refund as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by our warehouse. Refunds are made according to the payment method used for purchase. Normally a refunded amount will be available in about 2 up to 10 days.
