Is a registration on the website needed to place an order?
Yes, you have to create an account on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM to place an order. Having an account on our website lets you enjoy some benefits, such as priority access to promotions and saving your data details for a quicker check-out.

Can profile data be updated after registration?
Yes, of course. After the registration on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM access data, billing and shipping data can be updated or added too. Billing and shipping data can be updated also at check-out.

Is there a possibility to create a wishlist?
ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM gives the chance to add favourite items to a wish list to every registered Customer. Having an item in a wish list does not guarantee that there will be stock and does not block or reserve it.

How can I get back my password?
The password can be easily resetted following the “Forgot your password?” link in the ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM Sign Up page. After the Forgot Your Password procedure has been completed any Customer will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Which payment method ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM does accept?
An order on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM can be paid by PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card. Payments are always processed by the PayPal website. Also, ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM accepts payment by bank transfer.

Are VAT and taxes included in the retail price on the website?
Prices shown on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM are always VAT enclosed for all the European Union countries, quite the opposite, Italian VAT is automatically deducted for Extra European Union countries.
Shipping outside the EU is always made by DDP service (Delivery and Duty Paid). In this way the Customer has not to pay any custom fees, import and local taxes.

Is there a receipt and/or invoice issued when I make a purchase?
Any purchase made on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM comes with a regular receipt. An European Customer can decide whether to receive an invoice, in this case the Customer can contact ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM Customer Service (sales@esclusivoitaliano.com) giving the tax code.
Any Extra EU order is always shipped with an invoice.

Is there an insurance policy that cover the shipment?
Yes, all the shipments made on ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM are covered by an insurance policy against damage and/or theft. The insurance policy is valid until delivery of the parcel.

How much time takes a delivery?
Orders are normally shipped on 5 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the order. Once the order is dispatched, delivery takes time as follow:

  • Italy, 1-3 business days
  • Europe, 2-3 business days
  • Rest of the world, 4-5 business days

ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM is not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by international Customs issues, bad weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of ESCLUSIVOITALIANO.COM.

Can an order, or an item, be returned?
Yes, an order or an item can be returned within 14 days (weekend and national holidays included) from the date of delivery. Return delivery costs will be charged to the Client by deduction from the due refund amount.

Is it possible to cancel or change an order?
Yes, an order can be cancelled or modified before the shipping by a written email at sales@esclusivoitaliano.com. sales@esclusivoitaliano.comAnyway it is not possible to change billing and shipping address or substitute an item with a cheaper or expensive one.

Is it possible to ship to Russia?
No, at the moment Esclusivo Italiano doesn’t ship to Russia.
